This website is intended for companies, procurement teams, engineers and other authorised business users. By submitting an enquiry for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the submitted information and communicate on its behalf.
Information, not an offer
Website content, catalogue records, search results and sourcing-assistant messages are general information only. They are not an offer, acceptance, inventory commitment, product authorisation statement or binding quotation. Availability, price, minimum order quantity, lead time, date code, origin, compliance documents, payment terms, logistics and warranty terms must be confirmed in a written quotation or contract.
RFQs, quotations and orders
- An RFQ or BOM submission is a request for review and does not create an order.
- A quotation is valid only for the period and scope stated in that quotation.
- An order is accepted only through the written process stated in the quotation, order confirmation or contract.
- Where transaction documents conflict with these website Terms, the signed contract or accepted quotation terms govern that transaction.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for checking part numbers, quantities, packaging, specifications, application requirements and regulatory or export-control restrictions. Do not upload malware, passwords, banking credentials, identity documents, unlawfully obtained data or material you are not authorised to disclose.
Product and third-party information
Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to manufacturers or products do not by themselves represent authorised-distributor status, endorsement or guaranteed supply. Third-party data sheets and links remain subject to the third party’s terms and may change without notice.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security or upload limits, submit malicious files, interfere with service operation, scrape the service at a disruptive rate, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
The original GlobalComps website design, text, code and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use website content internally to evaluate a sourcing request, but may not republish, resell or create misleading derivative materials without written permission. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.
Service availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons. We may update these Terms when the website or legal requirements change. The date below identifies the current version. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Governing law and dispute-resolution terms for a transaction will be stated in the applicable quotation or contract.
