Purchase requests and optional analytics
We use submitted contact details, component quantities and BOM requirements to handle your enquiry. Purchase records and attachments are available only to authorised sales staff. They are not part of the shared AI knowledge base.
With your permission, first-party analytics records product and solution views, cart actions, form error categories and contact-link clicks with random session and cart identifiers. We do not record typed form contents, private BOMs, passwords, device fingerprints or full chat conversations in analytics. Raw analytics is retained for up to 90 days. You may refuse or withdraw optional analytics using Privacy choices without affecting purchasing.
The AI assistant uses the public product catalogue and solution BOMs. Your question and relevant public references may be processed by our configured Alibaba Cloud model service. Do not include confidential or personal information in chat. Contact sales for private BOM handling or data enquiries.
Daily anonymous event totals, without session or cart identifiers, are retained for up to 12 months to compare demand over time.
